Tula Pink English Paper Piecing

After having Adrian, when I was finally ready to start quilting again, I needed a fresh project to focus on. I started scrolling blogs for the first time in months and came across a quilt in progress on 100BillionStars that she was calling AMH EPP.

This is what I have done so far and I love it! I'm using Tula Pink fabrics exclusively. I have 11 of the 13 blocks (I think they are called Star Flowers?) completed and I'm waiting for Tula Pinks True Color line to be released before doing any more.

I may have posted before that I hate EPP, but honestly it just makes sense with a baby because I can do  a few on the sofa while he plays on the floor without having to find time to run to my sewing machine upstairs. Before, I didn't like EPP because it seems like progress is so slow compared to regular sewing but with a baby, slow progress is better than no progress, Especially if you get something this beautiful at the end!

I can't wait to start the little 6 point stars that fill in the space in between blocks!

Hopefully True Color will be in my mailbox soon and I will have more beautiful blocks to share soon!

    1. It feeds into my recent fussy cutting addiction. All my Tula Pink fabrics look like Swiss cheese.
